Water seepage on private premises is primarily a matter of building management and maintenance for property owners and occupants. If water seepage problems involve the water supply system, owners may consider appointing a licensed plumber under the Waterworks Regulations (Cap. 102A) for checking the system and carrying out the necessary repair works.

The List is provided to facilitate the public to search licensed plumbers who are interested to offer services relating to water seepage investigation and/or associated repair works. The public is advised to contact them directly for enquiries.
The licensed plumbers included in the list have participated and provided their information on voluntary basis. The publishing of the List on this website should not be regarded as the Joint Office’s endorsements or recommendations of the persons/companies. The Joint Office shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any accuracy in the information or the performance of the persons/companies in the List.
All users shall verify the information provided in the List including but not limited to checking the registration status of the licensed plumbers to ensure their registration status are still valid before approach them to request for services and the services that they are capable to offer. Please note that the Water Supplies Department will not intervene in a private dispute arising from a mild water seepage nuisance where there is no evidence of waste of water.
